about

This was our fifth album, and probably our least liked. I was obsessed with the idea of re-recording a bunch of older songs from our pre-"Work Bench Drawer" days, and Matt Terrebonne was bored out of his mind. But even more damaging was the mix, which for some reason is just awful. Everything sounds wet, grey and smushed together. There's even some very annoying digital clipping on a few of the songs -- and it's on the MASTER COPY! Oh well. At least there are 75 songs! Isn't quantity truly what matters?
